Product Warranty Conditions
Warranty Period: 1 month from the date of receipt.
Claim Procedure: The buyer must record a continuous video clip starting from unboxing the parcel all the way to testing the product with power before assembling it into the unit, to use as confirmation evidence for warranty claims.
Warranty Exclusions: Does not cover cases of burned-out LEDs, breakage, bending, cracking, exposure to water/liquids, or solder damage caused by incorrect installation under any circumstances.
